The great benefit of the internet is that for such simple and general questions, you are almost guaranteed to find an reasonable answer with almost no effort. So - don't be lazy and just GOOGLE IT - e.g. "option warrant difference". If you then still have a concrete question, then I'll be happy to help you with it.
