A useful resource for the psychometric testing is the SHL website. There you can take full length Numerical, Verbal, and Inductive (Patterns) Reasoning practice tests. You may be at a significant disadvantage if you haven't done a practice test- esp. for firms like Macq that give a test consisting of 30 pattern questions, with a time limit of only 14mins.

This changes for every firm, but typically it is assessment testing, interview with HR, interview with junior bankers then final interview with senior bankers. Some might even invite all the shortlisted candidates for a dinner event just to mix things up.

I thought i answered this. But for one of my applications -it went - 1st round interview, testing, super day, then offer. The super day in itself has more testing and interviews with department heads.

So that would be 3 'rounds'.

You could also ask about the background of your potential future colleagues. If you have a strong technical background and studied science it is good for you to know if you will work wow gold with like-minded people or not. Or would you want to be the only physicist in a group of business graduates?
